We develop compact sonar and underwater acoustic systems and work with partners who want to use them in real products.

There are several ways to work with us. The simplest one is when we supply ready devices and you integrate them into your system. This is a good option if you want to move fast and avoid hardware development.

A deeper level is technology licensing. In this case, you manufacture sonar devices yourself using our technology. We provide documentation, firmware, and access to our license activation server. Each device is activated through our system, and a royalty is paid per unit.

This model gives you more control. You can manage your own production timeline, work with local suppliers, and avoid shipping finished products. In many cases this reduces costs, simplifies logistics, and improves margins at scale. It also allows you to position the product as locally manufactured.

Since we share not only firmware access but also production know-how, there is an initial minimum licensing volume at the start.

When we begin this type of cooperation, the partner gets country-level exclusivity for one year. If agreed KPIs are met, this exclusivity can be extended. Products can be sold under your own brand, and we can help adapt the design if needed.

We also work with distributors in different regions and support integration projects where sonar is part of a larger system.

In general, we try to keep things simple: direct communication, realistic expectations, and focus on getting a working product to the market.
